Hi Clear Vision and Topcow75..

Great deal on the car you have.

Sadly, I wasnt offered a Chrome pipe which i wanted.. :(

My SE kept saying that his profit is not that much and impossible to add in the pipes.

Was and am very disheartened!!

kenneth, some of the bros here have done it outside. Wouldn't cost a lot. If you want will get the info to pm to you. The chrome pipe looks better than the stock ones.

Hi Topcow,

Thks for the info. I also went to PML to see the 3 series, dont like the interior, look so "uncle" haha.....didnt even test drive. The SE was aggresive and offer a VERY good deal but didnt bite. Even offer Dynamic Kit FOC worth (I think he said 8K..)

Hi Ehwwong,

Thks for the Invite. Sunday at Kallang carpark F? I try to be there if free. What is GTG?

Cheers!!!

Hi clear vision,

Was your Coe bidding successful? They finally got it for me.

Cheers

Hi bros and sis,

May I know are there any particular things to look out for when collecting my new ride at C&C?

Even though this is not my first ride, still I feel it is better to ask as this is my first conti ride.

Thanks in advance...

Hi Topcow,

Yes, secure my COE. Phew!!!! Tot cant get it. Doing paper work these 2 days and was told that car delivery say next Thursday or Friday.

On the list "Check List" recommended by Blackmercs, I guess he must be joking....mosquito also sleep.......

This is my 6 Brand New cars (ave 3 years each, sorry not trying to show off....) but like to share what i look for during collection and my experience. Critical items only.

1) Odometer reading not more than 80km

2) Manual and Tools in boot (Jack up and small hand tools), Spare tyre INCLUDING the original Sport rim as C180BE have 5 pcs. (not 4 pcs)

3) Exterior - Look from an angle in a Straight line to ensure no dent/scratch on doors, bumper etc. Especially the FUEL Flap as many Merc fuel flap cannot closed "flush" properly.

4) Paper work must be in order including Huper Optik warranty.

That all i can think of now.

Cheers!!!

I like the older days Merc cupholders. They can be folded and kept small and unfolds when pushed to open. It is always a joy to see them change like transformer.

Wonder do they still have these in the cars.

"Merc fuel flap cannot closed "flush" properly" oh.... this is very disappointing if it is going to happen to a german made car. Thanks for the heads up.
