MBM: 5 little good things add up to one excellent experience

These are the 5 little nice things that I'd experienced at MBM AutoCity when I drove my S-Class there for regular servicing.

1. That customer lounge is tastefully designed to look and feel like it is a boutique hotel lounge. I was relaxed throughout the waiting period as they worked on my car. It was raining outside but MBM poured me hot coffee all afternoon. It kind of felt like a motorists' cafe lounge. Nice.

2. The servicing staff all wore properly tailored uniforms. This was reassuring because it showed that the management cared about corporate discipline.

3. The workshop floor was super clean.

4. I didn't know that MBM AutoCity is a one-stop service centre. Paint & body works, performance enhancement & tuning, repairing & servicing, car grooming... the full buffet.

5. Super-sized workshop totals 50,000 square feet; which meant that MBM kept the promised delivery time.

I enjoyed watching a movie on my iPad and when the movie ended, I'd finished my coffee and my car was properly serviced.
