Injectors clutter on M270 engine

Greetings to all

Have been hearing a annoying cluttering or ticking noise during acceleration at low rpm for e last few months. It sounds like a diesel clutter. 2 weeks ago i sent it in to c&c after check engine light comes on.

Dynostic shows cylinders 1 and 4 air/fuel mixture fault. Car was resetted and issue solved. But the noise is still there and its only present after engine's warmed up. Sometimes getting louder and sometimes softer.

SA said its normal for the M270 engines due to e direct injections. But why is e noise only coming after a few months of ownership?

A visit to a pro-mercedes workshop also confirms that my injectors were much louder than it should be.

I've also tested a few old and new A and CLA (both 180 and 200) and none got this injectors noise.

Thank a millon for all e inputs
