C&C scratched my car but denied it

Today went to C&C Alexandra to polish my windscreen, hoping it will solve the wiper juddering issue. But ended up having some fine scratches at the rear of car.

Advisor said is due to cleaning cloth, said that I could have sent to some petrol carwash and got it scratched. Advisor had the cheek to tell me that my car was quite dirty when I sent in the car. What he was trying to say that the scratches could already be there when I sent in, but they couldn't see them because the car was dirty hence they did not indicate in the handover checklist....my goodness!

He offered to bring over to the grooming to polish a bit. came back slightly better bit still got one fine scratch which still can be seen.

I really din expect the service to be so crap! I rather they don't give me their complimentary car wash. I bet it's their own cleaning cloth that caused the scratches!
