JS400 in car DVR

I am interested to know too, since any alternations may void the warranties.

My rep told me if I use their JS 400, it is also covered under their warranty. It comes with a Parked Mode, which has been disabled and to enable it, it will cost another $280, and will void the battery warranty  

What model are you looking to replace this ?

Where will you go for the Blackvue installation bro?

Maybe you can ask the Blackvue installers if they can add the Cell Link B battery pack and then ask your Merc rep if this will void the warranty if you go for the Blackvue instead?
IIRC, the JS 400 is covered under the 3 year warranty, whereas the Blackvue only offers one year.
