Car Delivery messed up

supposed to collect new car but was informed by SE on same day that car has problem. Can't be handed over yet.

 

Is this bad service or what ? Should I be concerned ? How can last minute then say got problem ?

What was the reason?

It could be a admin issue, or scratches that need painting but the sales rep needs to be clear. Press him / her for answer. Hope it works out for you.

Thanks for quick response . Reason given was detected some sound when driving. But so last minute it makes me wonder...

Last time my new car delivery got delay....SE gave me some vouchers as token for the "lost of usage" for that few days.

I think they only know when they get it ready for the road... so make sure you test it, make sure it's ok, and ask for some vouchers
