Yes! I missed this 3rd dish very much.

Used to go to Ellenborough Market Hawker Center - This guy sells the Pork Head Jelly, Boiled Shark Meat & Wild Boar Meat.

Those days there were also a few teochew tzer cha stalls there too together with the ah bor ling (glutinous rice ball soup) stall.
