There are many factors that affect the actual output of the car, ambient temperature, type of fuel, type of engine oil, even different dyno machines can have different results. Unless you're going to tune your car, don't think anyone will actually go dyno a stock car for fun.

I tune my ECU without doing a base run and after tuning i did the run and the BHP is only 159. I am driving a A200 and the BHP suppose to be 154, so possible to gain only 5 BHP after tuning?

I use the stock ECU and didn't change anything, should i say remapping instead?

In fact some say remapping will yield better results than piggy.

That is why i want to check anyone face this problem before.

I've not done a before and after dyno but from what I know the figures that car manufacturers provide are usually "best case" scenarios which is very difficult to achieve in real world conditions. Coupled that with the results yielded from different dynos will also provide different readings, I'd say it's difficult to conclude that your remapping only yielded additional 5 bhp. 

 

What does butt feel tell you?

I was on 19" wheels when i did the dyno run. Feel drag and heavy but now i change to 18" and feel smoother and lighter.
