SG W203 advice wanted

Looking at coe renewed c!80ml or c20Oml. Anything to lookout for? Common problems, eg. Engine chk light, easily broken switches, leaks and bends? Reasonable workshop. Any constructive tips and advice are appreciated.

I have a 9.5 year old W203 C180 Sport Edition, 1 owner from new.

Main problems I had are:
Engine and gearbox mountings - about $400 to change.  Less if you know where to go.  I have changed twice.

Front door handles broken and replaced once.

Gearbox problem at year 9 and repaired for less than $1'500

Otherwise fairly reliable car and cheap to repair and maintain.

It is something I have been thinking of lately especially when my car was bought new and so I know the history well.

There are pros and cons.  Only you can decide after reading Markcwq's referrals.

Buying a used car is of course a bit risky.  For me, I will want to make sure the car has not been involved in a smash-up.
