Iconic Mercedes Exclusive Badge on Avantgarde Model

Recommended Posts

Dear all,

I will be getting my first Mercedes, W205 in the coming months.

Have many questions in mind to take care of the future "wife".  :D

My first question, I saw a merc having the iconic 3D mercedes-benz badge on the front of the car, instead of the lying flat badge, it was the 3D version, however I am pretty sure the grille is the Avantgarde model. Is this possible? If so, Can anyone advise to me how to do or get this?

You can purchase the standing badge. Benzline should have originals, if not many sellers on eBay and taobao.

Is red or beige leather for C class more favourable?

Which one is easier to maintain?

Which one looks classier?

Although I have an answer in my heart, just would like to hear more from you all.. :)

Both are equal to maintain. If you wear jeans constantly, it'll leave a bluish black butt print on the seat on both colours.

IMHO, beige looks classier. Red is sporty. Suitability wise, depends on individual and which C Class model and trim you're matching it with.

If given a choice, I think dark brown is more class. For easy maintenance black is best.

Red is very nice but lasting look? I not sure.

Ah yea, the CLS tanned brown leather looks awesome but isn't available... true, thats the worry i have, whether it has a lasting look...

getting c180, wear jeans rarely, i've heard blue jeans may leave stains, my passengers don't wear jeans as well...

yea, seems like now i would have compare my "looks" to whether they suits sporty or classier look then.
