W212 - Gear Mounting have warranty?

Hi, anyone know if I need to replace my gear mounting, is it cover under the warranty? My ride is only 14 months. Was told by the service advisor only engine mounting is covered but not gear mounting.

Quite puzzle with his explanation.

I have experience vibration of my car when is stop at R or D mode. Need to replace engine mounting as well.

Yr SA told you engine mount is covered under warranty??? I emailed C&C but they told me otherwise.

Gearbox mounting is not

even for  Engine mounting is difficult to claim as they have to take pic and what not to send to Hq

 

I got my engine mounting changed before the warranty ends and changed the gearbox mounting at my own cost

this was 1 month back at C&C alexandra

Somehow the mountings don't last long on the W212. Need to replace them very frequently

My mileage now only 25km. I have the vibration issue when around 17km. After changing the engine mounting, car totally feel very different. Did not change the gear mounting as not necessary at the moment.

U mean they chg the engine mounting FOC for u???
