Leakage of gear box oil

Good evening guys . Any kuru can advise me .

I'm new .. Just bought w205 c200 -2009 -My workshop mec had check on my under carriage gear box portion had small leak..

The portion is cover with oil, but no dripping .

Issit a wear and tear issue ?? Gear box gasket seal ?

More then 50% is due to transmission pan gasket.
