Audio LCD W204

Hi,

I want to ask does anyone have the same problem

I have C200 kompressor classic W204 preFL

My audio LCD monitor sometimes can't turn but the music still playing, and it will be on and off again but itself, the LCD will show red stripes,

Why is like that? Anyone knows?

Bro, my LCD screen went blank as well but music still on 2 days ago! After parking for several hours, when i start up the car, it resume again! Will have to monitor for few more days & update here!

I just don't know mine just on and off always, if you have updates please update me, because when i drive to mercedes benz. They said it because of battery sensor makes the LCD wrong

Bro I didn't do anything at all! Park for several hours restart engine & it's back to normal...

If you are not upgrading to COMAND, you can also consider upgrading your monitor to a 7" screen just for your current Audi 20 HU

Same here..when i turn on my audio system i see green n red vertical stripes on the lcd screen..Somehow everytime i go to CnC they cannot replicate the problem...I had this problem when i collected the car..so yeah..brand new alrdy have this problem...

Can go back to cnc request for audio software upgrade/reload whatever that is. My command system has this same problem.
