Did my respray with one of the site sponsor here.

 

The cost wasn't cheap (i.e. market-rate) but I went ahead because hey, support the sponsors right?

 

When it was done, I took a cab down to Kaki Bukit. When I saw the car, I was a little disappointed.

The paint looked misty and I questioned the young owner. He assured it was fine after I polished it a few times.

 

I believed him and headed to several Paint Protection shops and they all said the same thing:

"Where did you do the respray? The lacquer doesn't look so good and ..." [implied cheap along the way]

 

Worst yet, when I went to do servicing and even the workshop guy said the same thing.

That was an expensive $2,000 lesson and a fair warning to the rest of the guys looking to do a respray with them.

shit bro… i feel you. i had the same thing happen to my previous ride when i got my bonnet done and there was overspray on my bumper which they refused to admit was their fault. sickening...

any review on him?? Nice uncle. From what I know is a one man show... my friend told me very good price for a decent job.... I ask him change colour how much for w221. He say $2,500 for white colour. Pearl white top up $200... When I ask him Matte pearl white?? he say same price as pearl white.... $2,700... unbelievable price... so I scare.... hahaha... especially when he say matte pearl white on S class dunno nice a not... he done on smaller car... he say nice... but so big dunno the effect how.... lol

I have been with him for the last 10 years. Sprayed at least 5 cars, all change of colours. The latest is my W212 to Merc Indigo Blue. Workmanship solid. You are welcomed to see my ride.
