hi,

i'm referring to the one u see in the rear-view mirror, with the number, and the left/ right arrows (that changes green to orange to red).

seems like the right arrow light is not working. anyone else encountered this problem?

i've been living with it for past 3 months, but decided maybe shld go get it fixed. maybe at C&C since still under warranty.

btw, the reverse sensor is working, just that the indicator arrow is not lit up...

thanks!!

That one has to go to the agent appointed by CnC. check with your SE they will let you know. Its under TOMO CSE. from what I know

The world Most dangerous thing is the Vehicle. Its not about the machine weather its slow or fast. Its the person who is controlling it. The driver is the brain of the Machine. Not the machine itself.

If the driver reacts slow even the most powerful ABS(Auto braking system) will not help. The driver has to give the car the command in Order for the car to react. Afterall he is the brain of the car.

hi dank,

yes, I got it fixed. went to MB Alexandra and asked service advisor to arrange for the installer (TOMO) to change it. it was a quick job, less than 30 min.

as for what it's supposed to do, it's supposed to give an visual indicator whether the rear is too close to an object (green = ok, orange = getting near, and red = WOAH!).

note that the number displayed is not indicative of distance...

i had called up the SE and he informed that i need to make an appointment, leave the car there for them to drive down to TOMO and get it fixed.

may i know which SE helped you get it done so fast?

thanks

i forgot his name liao, sorry! haha... but it took a while to get it fixed. he kept 'forgetting' to make appt for TOMO to come fix it.until one day i saw him while i was getting tire patched at MB Alexandra tire shop. then i reminded him.... and he finally got it done.

if u need to leave the car there, i think it's quite inconvenient. maybe u get him to come down to change? else... why not u get the address and u got directly to TOMO?
