Can anyone advice on the repair of the scroll wheel no being able to scroll ?

I am unable to find any thread for this issue ? Is a replacement required or repair of the existing system will solve the issue ?

Is your car under warranty? If it is this should be covered as well...I suggest you head back to the workshop to get it checked out

The scrolling cannot work is due to a broken spindle. Nothing to do with the electronics. I have DIY  mine and working fine now

I just check with auto spritz. It cost sgd150 for the repair of e command knob.

No choice for people like me stuck halfway on the dismantle part.
