Tyre Rotation

how often do you guys do Tyre Rotation for your rides? Or never do?

 

there are 2 school of thoughts.. 1 is to rotate whenever you do a oil change; whereas another school of thought is not to rotate at all..

 

rotate vs no rotate - how much difference? How much more mileage can you get out of your tyres? Afterall, about 3 years is time to change tyre regardless of mileage..?

A lot of difference for me. Without rotation very fast must change. Also my tyre used for abt 4 yrs Liao almost time to change.

mine is a 2.5 yo car and just hitting 50k mileage, and i am told to change my tyre.

I changed my tyres at 30k...

Mine was changed at 40k

Used to perform rotation every alternate service. Able to last close to 50k on Primacy LC, with the indicative bridge leveled

 

Since upgraded to another rim, rotation is not possible as both front and back wheels have different offsets. I haven't had the chance to replace the tire yet , probably will be able to let you know in a year or two
