I will drive from Simei to Tiong Bahru for my porridge fix and then drive home during weekend.

It's always drive first then think where to go, I love to burn petrol.

I remembered at Aston Prime, the waiter asked me

Waiter : " Sir how would you like your steak to be done"

Me : ponder, "hmm..."

Waiter : "oh that will be medium rare, and how about you missy ?"

Missy: " I like it medium"

Waiter : " Oh ok, so it will be 2 medium rare"

haha.. no matter what I decide, it will be medium rare...

BTW where is Kimisawa ? sounds like some place at paya lebar leh...

We paid $38 bucks for a slice of the wagyu ribeye cooked medium rare. It was nicely seared on both sides with crosshatch grill marks and juicy red in the middle. Mmmm.. I wish I had 2 slices.
