Prob with Audio system?

Hi pple

Realised that when I am driving, sometimes the sound will like go off then on very very quickly (it's just like like a small disruption, but still detectable by human ears). This is more likely on uneven roads or when i go over humps. It's very irritating, but I am also more concerned something wrong with my system.

Anyone had the same issue?

seems like quite a common problem coming from the response. mine no ipod, no problems with CDs though..i know of a khaki who has the same model having no issues with the radio/CD. hmmmm....

I know what u are referring to!! Its very very annoying..

I had the same problem, u have to Tick the Fix Frequency Setting checkbox, the setting should be very easy to navigate to.

Enjoy clear uninterrupted audio!

Hope it helps :)

Service Centre will tell you they cannot find the problem. I brought it down and got turned away..in the end I found the fix myself..

That is what I am afraid of, then waste my time going down. So far the things I have been hearing about them doesn't sound very encouraging...

sorry to deviate, i tried to use aux cable to hook iphone and samsung tab to the car audio but the sound comes out very soft?  is there anyway to play mp3s from the phone on the car audio?

if just using a 3.5mm to 3.5mm jack from media player (iP5 or other smart phone), the volume on the phone will need to be max out... then on the audio unit under Aux section, there should be a Volume menu, if Standard is selected, then change it to Boost. That should be able to boost your MP3 music volume using the 3.5mm jack.

Kiss 92 is not available in Woodlands area and maybe Yishun and Sembawang.... so is 100.3.... it's not your radio... it's just that their signal is not good there....

Actually the problem might not be due to our radio unit..I have been streaming a couple of radio stations(kiss 92, 913, 933) on my home PC these couple of days and found that there was also an intermittent disruption..internet streaming should be more stable right?
