sure . thanks bro! but how do you polish windscreen? as in ask C&C to do it or DIY using what? kum sia ;)

Pai se...was busy this few days so did not come in here to reply. Goto our suppliers and get a brand new merc wiper. Quite cheap compared to c&c. then goto autobacs or any good windscreen wkshop and get the whole front windcreen polished. Wiper + polishing of windscreen shld be ard 100+-. Solve all your blur windscreen. But if very heavy down pour then dun blame me hoh...cause i normally hide in coffee shops in very heavy rain ....

RainX scratched my windscreen on my previous car. Never used it again...

RainX works perfect on my previous ride for 7years till I sold it, no such issue.. that's why I continue to use it on my MB. During rainy days, even small drizzling, my windscreen is blurred, can't see a shit.. thats why i decided to use back RainX again.. and now... :thumbsd:

same same... used to use rainX until i use it on my current mb.... faint.... judder non-stop..

send back to cnc and blame it on the wiper and get a new replacement foc and now stop using rainX liao.

Problem solved :)

My wipers were juddering from day one. Best solution is to not use them but increase speed to Mach 0.85 and the water will stream off.

bro.. i dont understand what you mean by " increase speed to Mach 0.85 and the water will stream off " .. can enlighten me?

Mach 0.85 is the cruising speed of a Boeing 787 liner... I think he's trying to say speed up your car to about 913km/h and the water will simply fly off the windscreen... lol

LOL... tio stunt... -_-"

  • 3 years later...

i'm replying again to this thread for the benefits of concern pple of the stupid effects of the wipers that casue jerking effects..

like all bro and sis... felt quite shit feeling over this... but that was 3yrs ago..

went for PIAA silicon wiper, problem solve.. it last me for the past 3yrs. =)

price was like $160-180 that time, only Autobacs carry. BUT... understand due to price wise.. not every bro and sis willing to spend that type of money on a pair of wipers. For me I think is money well spent.

i'm here to provide a alternative solution, after 3 yrs, I just change my piaa to a new silicon wiper.. but troublesome thing is Singapore never sell...

price wise, it's about the price of ORIGINAL MB wiper cost frm golden link... about $80-100 bucks.

u can buy frm here..

the first link for universal clip.
