The reason for the service history is so that I know what has been changed and what has not, esp when you buy a pre-own car. I was thinking abt changing my ATF, and want to know whether it has been changed before at CnC. My mileage is 49550 km now.

I suppose if the car was serviced at C&C and they have the service history you can safely look at the various tasks each service does and assume the job has actually been done.
