W204 FL day running light question

Sorry guys.. Please bear with me for another noob question.

I switched to A for the headlight/DRL switch, so as the manual suggests when engine is running during the day, DRL will be on if I set to on. But in the night the DRL will not be on.. Is there any way I can set the DRL to be on at night too?

That mod is called DRL Dimmer. Do a search on the forum and there should be tons of results. Alternatively, our sponsor Sonic Racing does it:

It has been discussed many time in this forum.

Only cars with ILS will have DRL turn on with headlights at night, non xenon headlights will not turn on DRL. As markcwq commented, see our sponsor for the mod.
